Online Returns

Tiny Jewel Box offers a full refund for all watches (minus the original shipping fees and a $750 re-certification fee for Rolex Certified Pre-Owned watches) if the return is initiated within 7 business days (from the date you have received your order in the mail) and the following conditions are met:

• Eligible Rolex Certified Pre-Owned returns are only accepted within 7 days of sale for a refund or 30 days of sale for an exchange. Returned items must be in unworn/unaltered condition with all boxes, guarantees, hang tags, and papers. Acceptance subject to a Tiny Jewel Box manager approval. A $750 Re-Certification Fee will apply to any return/exchange of Rolex Certified Pre-Owned watches.
• Product is in new and unworn condition.
• Accompanied with the original boxes and paperwork and all associated components.
• Any missing articles or damaged components will void the eligibility for a refund.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping fees (see details in the shipping section).

For your convenience, we also offer online returns in the store.

Returns will be credited in the same way in which they were paid as long as a return is initiated within 7 business days and the above mentioned conditions are met. After 7 business days, only a store credit will be issued for returns.

In-Store Returns

Processing an Online Return

Step 1: Request a return and receive a Return Authorization (RA)

Any returns that do not have an RA# WILL NOT be accepted and WILL BE returned to the sender. Return authorization numbers will expire within 10 business days.

Step 2: Shipping an item back to Tiny Jewel Box

Please carefully follow the specific return instructions provided once you receive a Return Authorization.

Tiny Jewel Box is not responsible for any lost packages; therefore, you should insure your package through the carrier for the full retail value. If the merchandise is less than $500, you can ship it through any carrier. Please be sure to insure your package for the full retail value and request a return confirmation that your package has been delivered to its destination.

If the merchandise is more than $500, ship your package through the United States Postal Service (USPS) Registered Mail. Please be sure to insure your package for the full retail value and request a return confirmation that your package has been delivered to its destination. (UPS and FedEx will not insure jewelry shipments over $500)

Step 3: Receiving & Processing

Upon receipt, merchandise will be sent to our quality control department. Any items that show signs of wear, have been engraved, sized, altered, damaged, or disclosed as ‘non-refundable’ cannot be accepted. Returns that do contain their receipt or are improperly packaged will also not be accepted.

In-Store purchases are eligible for an extended holiday refund up until January 11th, 2025. After January 11th, exchange only until January 31st, 2025 (with the exception of Rolex Certified Pre-Owned which follows the standard return policy of 7 business days from date of purchase).

Online purchases do not have an extended holiday refund policy. Refunds within 7 days, exchanges within 30 days, when accompanied by a valid receipt.
