Shipping:
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive an email that your item has shipped for overnight delivery. Please note all orders must be shipped overnight due to the product value and will require a direct signature. We only ship out orders Monday – Thursday and only ship online orders to the Continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska.
For returns, customers will be responsible for original and return shipping fees as mentioned above. Tiny Jewel Box will provide a return label with detailed instructions after your return has been initiated and approved.
To check the status of your order any time, seven days a week, view your Order Status.
Adult Signature: To receive your shipment, an adult must be present to sign for the package.
Delivery Times:
Please be aware that weather, zip code (rural or remote areas), and other factors can impact delivery time.
We unfortunately cannot guarantee on-time delivery. FedEx overnight delivery times continue to vary from what is quoted on their website.
In Store Pick Up:
Once your online order is received by Tiny Jewel Box, you will receive an email confirmation of your order and if you have selected in-store pick up another email notification will be sent when your order is ready for pick up. Typically, orders placed before 2PM EST will be ready for in-store pick-up the same day; orders placed after 2PM EST usually will be ready for pick-up by the next business day.
A valid government issued picture ID is required for pick-up. Only the person who purchased the order is allowed to pick up the order.
We require all online order pick-ups within 7 business days. If your order is not picked up within this time frame, your order will be cancelled and returned to stock.
